DONT lift weights!! That will stunt your growth! try an new diet. Cut out sugar and soda etc. or limit soda to perhaps twice a month if soda is your problem. Limit the junk food or cut it out entirely Go for a run Don't overeat but don't starve. Eat a light breakfast, good lunch, light dinner. OR heavy breakfast, light lunch, light dinner If you are serious, ask your mom or dad for further help :) good luck
