Automobile batteries are not as efficient in cold weather. If your battery or charging system is MARGINAL on a good day, it won't have enough charge to start the car on a really cold morning. Call someone for a jump start and then go get your battery and charging system tested.

jetdoc is correct. odds are battery is low on charge. is it old? are we doing short trips with lights. heating etc on? this runs batteries down and if no long run to charge fully .. will have low storage capacity. especially when cold as this is when they are at worse output levels. think about renewing it if over 5 years old or suspect its not up to job.

Get your battery charged and tested. Check for fuel and spark. But I am thinking it is most likely that your ignition switch is failing, a common trait of 90s Hondas.
