Yes you would need to inform your insurance company that you are delivering pizzas with your car now and they will ask your for increased premiums. This is because you stand a greater chance of getting into an accident because you are using your car a lot, lot more.

You need to add business cover to your policy - you are using the car in order to do your job (travel to and from work is personal, but anything you do while at work is business use. You don't get a separate policy - you just add the extra cover to your current policy.

ALL personal auto policies have an exclusion in the course of your business, and delivering pizzas would be an automatic denial. You are smart to think this out (before) rather than after having an accident. Contact your insurance company about adding coverage to use for delivering pizzas.
