It is normal byproduct. and it happens more in colder weather

This normal, the water is a by product of combustion, just drive normaly.

If the water is not coolant coloured, or your coolant level is not going down, maybe water entered the exhaust pipe during washing or in bad weather. However it is not unusual for a car's exhaust to exit some water, if not thoroughly warmed up. So no change in coolant level, no problem.

Possible answer
