Start off with eating 1400 calories a day and then after two weeks eat 1200, stick at this for atleast two months and then 1000 and under...just be careful you dont kill off your metabolism and dont eat less than 800 calories or youll become ill..hope this helped

Yes but eats mostly fruit,vegies and yougart that wil help u 2 but only eat if you r hungry if u have munchies eat a slim slap, special K bar, or yougart it wil help and don't just drink water drink orange juice 2 and keep exercising its very important.... Good luck hoping 4 the best...

You can't do 400 situps a day lol sorry sister Eat 1200 calories a day, healthy food (research it all), drink a TONNNN of water and I mean it, do cardio exercise like running and walking and stuff and not many strength exercises like your squats and situps or else you'll gain weight in muscle and that's not good if you're planning on losing weight. If you go by my plan expect to lose about 2-3lbs a day for a while (since you're obese and obese people lose weight faster) until you get down to a normal-ish weight and begin losing around a pound a day until you're 100lbs. You can achieve this in probably 6 months or a little longer.
