Make shure to eat a minimum of 1200 calories preferably more around 1500 or more with the amount of work you wanna do.just make sure to take care of yourself.

You will lose weight, and 400 sit-ups a day is a bit much. Depending how tall you are and what your BMI is, I dont think eating under 1000 calories a day is healthy at all, especially with that much exercise. I am 4 10 and i eat about 1400 calories a day with no exercise, ( I am a lazy potato). But well done you for motivating yourself.
