First of all.... without a pic, it's hard for us to determine what is best for you. In reality your thighs may not be fat. It may be muscle, that you think is fat. You indicated that you are thin all over the rest of your body, so I doubt that your thighs will be the only area on your body that is fat. Try looking at yourself standing in front of a mirror and flex your leg muscles. Once you have tightened your leg muscles as tight as you can get them... Try hitting one of your thighs with your hand and if your thigh jiggles, then yes you have excess fat there. But if there is no jiggling in your legs when you do that, that is a pretty good indicator that you have thick thigh muscles. and that is by no means a bad thing. Lol what you need to realize is that even a muscular thighs still jiggle a little bit when they are not being flexed.
