Pull your finger out, work hard, and you'll be fine. For the most part, intelligence is not genetic, hereditary, or anything else. It's proportional to the amount of work you put in. If you put the work in, you'll get the grades out. Ask for help - your parents, your teachers, friends that are getting higher grades. There is a support network there for you, use it.

These grades are not that bad. The PE one is probably because you either didn't complete a practical task or didn't realise when you signed up for the subject that it would involve anatomy and quite a lot of science. Clearly science is not your strongest subject so that explains some things. Nevertheless, if you can get a C in English and maths, you are not daft and definitely have potential. A lot of students think people get high grades because they are clever or lucky - neither is true. It's all down to hard work. You need to get yourself some revision guides, especially for maths, science and PE and make yourself a study timetable. Then read over you lesson notes every day and do a little bit of revision as well. Before you know it you will be astounding yourself. Believe me, it is about you taking the initiative to do better. No one else can do it for you. You just have to become a bit of a swot. Make yourself posters about different topics to stick on your bedroom wall or even in the bathroom! Make up little ways of remembering lists of things for PE etc. Go for it and you will find it works. Come back and tell us all how well you did in six months time!
