if your talking about waterline eyeliners, theres 2 that i have found to be amazing. 1. Neutrogena nourishing eyeliner 2. Urban decay 247 glide on eye pencil if you have problems with eyeliner building up in the corner of your eyes, thats normal. when you blink your eyes clean out themselves so the eyeliners gonna move. what i do when this happens is just clean it out with your fingers. hope this was helpful

I don't like using pencil and liquid eyeliners as the same thing happens to me. Try using Maybelline Eyestudio gel eyeliner it doesn't smudge and lasts for hours. Hopefully it works for you!

I love wearing eyeliner and struggled with this too. I then discovered bourjois 16hr liquid eyeliner. It's fantastic. The brush is a perfect size, it's not gloopy and it lasts. Also a trick is to spray hair spray on your face and all your make up stays in place :) I don't know why I got a thumb down?? The hairspray tip I read in a magazine many years ago and have since seen it on tv. It absolutely works. I do a full shift at work and my make up hasn't changed. When I dance the night away, all my friend's make up are smeared or gone. Mine is still perfect. Don't knock it till you've tried it...

Some people have that reaction. Try ALMAY. Their products are hypo-allergenic and tend not to smudge in the inner corners of your eyes. I use Almay products. You need something with a very fine eyeliner brush. I would either go to Dillard's or Macy's or any large department store and get their professional opinion. They have different makeup companies within. They will give you a makeover and will use eyeliner that will not smudge. They are all professionals there, so you know they are being helpful. Good Luck and I hope you find some awesome eyeliners.

Try using an eye primer! It will keep your eyeliner and eye shadow in place longer. My favorite is Urban Decay's Primer Potion.

you should stop wearing it.

Try one of the eyeliners the other people suggested, and when youre done use an angled eyeliner brush w/ black eyeshadow to set it. you can also try and use a primer underneath it :)
