Depends on the person but very deep dark eyes that sparkle and have thick dark lashes are gorgeous and bold however pale blue/green/grey eyes are also beautiful in a completely different way so for me, one of the two extremes

Depends mostly on hair color. Blonde with brown eyes and black with blue eyes are nice combos. But in general, almost all eyes are beautiful
