Grains aren't that healthy really, read for example a book called Grain Brain. I'm not strong willed enough to stop eating grains after reading it but it sure did convince me not to rely on grains too much. Fruit, veggies, proteins, lean meat, eggs, nuts, lentils, there's a lot to choose from! If you're underweight I also recommend healthy but calory dense snacks like unsalted nuts :)
