Hey look. I'm not a girl but I can relate. Tell her everything will be fine and tell her everyone makes mistakes. It's not like this will ruin her life, it was one cigarette. It may help if she just goes to her mom ( or dad whatever parent she relates to more) and tells them that she smoked a cigarette before. She doesn't necessarily have to say she did It last week but just say she has before and feels guilty about it. My girlfriend is the same way. Little mistakes she makes can freak her out and make her feel like she's terrible. Just let her know she's still a good person and (if you guys are close) that you love her. Good luck man.

Just be there for her. Tell her if she thought it was wrong, she shouldn't have done it but, remind her that everyone has these experiences. On the bright side, she now has a reason to never do it again. Tell her she just has to move past it and she doesn't have to tell anyone if she doesn't feel like sharing that experience.

Tell her that it isn't a big deal and that as long as she doesn't do it anymore she shouldn't feel bad bc it was one time

At least now she knows she hates them. 1 cigarette isn't going to give her lung cancer. I would worry more about why she's hanging out with people who pressured her to smoke. Friends should just accept you for you. Just tell her she'll be alright and love her. Oh and a cool statistic: Only 1 out of 10 REGULAR smokers get lung cancer.
