When he's with others, just try to busy yourself more so you don't think of it. If you've been with him for 4.5 years, then I wouldn't worry about him doing anything like that.

When trust is broken, it is not easy to get it back so I understand your issue. The truth is, some men cheat. Even men who love their wives. Men want a menu. Women can be ok with one man because we are programmed to bond on a deeper level while men are not. It's in the nature of men to want MANY women as it is the nature of women to want ONE man. Basic male/female psychology. The Bottom Line: Do you want a man's love ? Well then accept cheating may or may not happen one day and STOP accusing him of things he hasn't done. Jealousy will FUEL him to possibly cheat or dump you so stop that. LOVE HIM DAY BY DAY. Don't be so anxious. Take each day as it comes. Don't trust him blindly, but don't make him feel like some loser. Would you want him to accuse you of cheating all the time? If you don't want to take the risks involved with being hurt by men, be single. All you can do is be a great girlfriend so if he cheats he can't blame you for your jealousy issues. Also don't make him your life. Have interests and hobbies that don't involve him so you're not focusing on him 24/7. However If you don't trust him even after trying my advice and your gut keeps telling you is he is not right for you and you can't let go of the past betrayals he has done, then trust your instincts and consider breaking up or taking a few months off from being together to re-evaluate your relationship without cutting it off completely. Sometimes our instincts are right and we won't know til long after the fact.
