I'd go for something like 'salt and lemon' rather than specifically saying fish. You can put salt and lemon on fish so the name represents flavours you can have with the fish! You also put salt on chips :)

Site it near a large engineering/science/technical establishment (college, university or large business) and call it:- Fission Chips.
