Do yoga (specially surya namaskara at least 25 starting from 10 the first day and increasing gradually) and aerobics. don't stop eating just eat healthy foods at right time in limited amount. check your calories.

Amber, that's unrealistic to think you can make changes, then stop, and keep the weight off. What you need to do is make changes that you can maintain forever, and lose the weight slowly. If not, it will 100% come back + some extra. What you need to do is try to do some cardio every single day, no excuses. Also, change your diet so it's mostly lean meat like chicken and fish, nuts, and veggies. If you eat bread, make sure only 1 piece or so a day and no rice/pasta/fruit juice/soda. It's all about using more energy than you take in, so if you don't work out everyday, you will always be overweight. Best of luck.
