If your insurance, who is representing you, agrees with the claim, it isn't false. It doesn't much matter what you want, the investigation has shown you at fault, and your insurance will pay out on your behalf.

Your opinion on whether you were at fault or not doesn't matter much, Geico's investigation said you were. That's the way it works.

YOU have the burden of proving that they other driver was at fault. If both of you were to appear before a jury, who would win? Sure, they may lie but they also may be believed by a jury.
