Protein protein protein!! Eat a high protein diet, and eat more often maybe 4 - 5 big meals a day. Steak eggs brown rice avocados. Make sure even though your trying to gain weight to still eat healthy, exercise lifting weights. Try and google different diets that may work best for you!

To put on weight, I would suggest starting a working program for building muscle. In addition, begin eating foods to help gain muscle such as lean protein, whole grains, fruits, vegetables.
