Yes. Sew yourself a costume and become a super hero. Take this seriously! Take a sensible combat art, like Krav Maga. Learn some parkour and basic gymnastics. Oh yeah... play the lottery, because you're gonna need the money to keep yourself outta jail.

30 years ago I moved to Southern Nevada and spent the next 27 years exploring the great American West. For some, this might not be a wonderful adventure, but for me to hike around Arizona and Wyoming and Montana and Utah and the surrounding states was a wondrous adventure. 2 years ago I moved to an island for the same reasons that you talked about, for the adventure. I still live there and every day is a different adventure. My point is that you have to decide what it is that is adventurous to you and then give up everything to do it. Forget the fear that chokes even the thought of changing your life and just do it...

That is kind of how the youth in Europe felt before the First World War. They just didn't have anything exciting to do. Most of the youth at that time never made it to adults. Talk about a challenge they didn't see coming. Don't worry. I think your challenges are coming too. By the time it is all over your probably not going to ever feel that way again.
