I am 4'10 and 137 im also over weight for my size btw im 16. You can go jogging around the block or set a place in mind you want to jog or run to it doesnt have to be very close or it can be. You can do lunges, squats, sit ups, crunches, push ups, run on a tread mill, ride a bike, knee high jumps, play a sports, dance, Or even go to a gym where you can have a variety of things to do.
