I personally do not know of any. Not what you wanted to hear, however.

Most schools, hospitals, and companies have exemptions for medical or religious reasons. If you qualify for neither, then you can't go into health care. If you are one of those anti vaccination nuts, you shouldn't be in health care anyway. There were a number of measles outbreaks last year, with deadly consequences, and the cases were traced back to unvaccinated uneducated paranoids who value the opinion of a Playmate over physicians and scientists.

I think there are exceptions. It is indeed your choice if you don't want vaccinations. But are you willing to risk your health and the health of others (family, co-workers, patients...)? If you ever contaminate a patient (and say that person is immunocompromised), you could possibly put their life in danger.
