I looked at your manual for you laptop. Your laptop does indeed have integrated Bluetooth. So you can use any Bluetooth devices with your computer like a wireless Bluetooth mouse or Bluetooth external keyboard. As for the second battery it is not the battery that runs your computer. This battery refers to the small circular battery like a watch that runs your time and calendar bios on your laptop.
