If it's harming your skin and leaving permanent/temporary scars, then yes. It is self-harm. Be careful. Maybe talk to a counselor or a good friend.

Yes it is because you are intentionally trying to hurt yourself. It might not leave a scar, but there is still trauma. That being said, you should really look at getting therapy so you can get past the need to hurt yourself. I worked in hospitals for a long time, and I always got sad for people that felt they had to hurt themselves.

Yes, this is still self-harm. Typically, we think of self-harm as "cutting" but even putting ice on your body until it hurts is in the same category. Please have a chat with your dr for some recommendations. It's important you find a healthier way to cope with what's going on in your life.

Yes, ice on skin more then 15 minutes damages tissues!
