No sign of infection. Everything looks good. Whatever you're doing to take care of it, keep doing the same thing.

It looks great. I've injured myself quite a few times. Looks like its healing perfectly. Leaving it uncovered will probably heal it quicker. Put some ointment on it.

it looks a little icky but i have raised kids and used to seeing things like that. t dont look infected, just put something like neosporian on it and let it air and it should be fine

As long as there is no discharge, you should be all set. It doesn't look red or puffy, which is a good sign. Keep a clean bandage on and try putting some neosporin/antibiotic ointment on it. Try to stay away from submerging it in any body of water, to stay away from infection. It looks like it's healing well, just give it a few days!
