It's a sin to waste booze when we have so much disinfectant you can't drink.

It's doubtful it would do anything more than disinfect it, I would go to a doctors instead and throw the JD down the drain as it's pretty much paint thinner.

Alcohol does kill infections--but why waste Jack Daniels on an infection? YOu can simply use plain old rubbing alchohol for the same effect. And it's a lot cheaper.

The alcohol will kill bacteria on the skin, but infection under the skin will require something from within (antibiotic).

JD is 40% alcohol. It's the alcohol that kills an infection. A waste of whiskey though.
