Does it matter? Often, yes. Should it matter? No. Part of the reason in which "beautiful" people often seem so successful is due to the tendency for various people (employers and employees) to treat them differently and perhaps sometimes better than those they find less attractive. I say there is nothing wrong with admiring beauty, and there is nothing wrong with an individual having a preference in terms of appearance in a long-term relationship. However, the moment one judges the actual human worth of a person upon their biological looks, the one who judges is wrong.

its not just external but internal. people fail to realize everything thats on the inside must come outward towards the world. everything starts within the internal not external. how u feel inside it shows out towards people. cant be beautiful outside an ugly on the inside. doesnt work like that
