Yes an no. I have decided yes and no it cannot be expected. The unexpected is always that and expecting it cannot change it because the unexpected is a noun and cannot change and does not change at your decision of deciding to expect it. If you want to expect the unexpected you will not get it though cause the unexpected comes when you least expect it to. But if you expect the unexpected and you get the unexpected you still were not expecting it.
