Plead guilty, pay the fine and it's done and dusted, cheaper then hiring an attorney and paying the fine. if you needed an attorney they'd have informed you of your rights.

Expect a fine and possible suspension........or........ You can either ask a psychic what to expect .....or.....you can go to court and afterward, you will know what you got and will no longer have to ask what to expect. Predicting the future is best left to "soothsayers"

Get an attorney. You are treading on felony dangerous driving territory here. This is not a citation but a criminal complaint. You want it plead down to a misdemeanor at the very least to avoid possible jail time. A really good attorney might be able to get it "shaved" to something less than 15 MPH over in exchange for a substantial fine, typically in the region of $1,500 or so. Illinois is notorious for stomping hard on excessive speed. You goals are to stay out of jail and, with a LOT of luck, avoiding a license suspension longer than 6 months or so. That's going to take an attorney.

You can expect reckless operation type of restrictions, fines up to $1000, plus court costs, potential loss of license for 6-12 months, depending on your driving history. As a result, you might also have jail time, if you have a habitual lead foot - and may require defensive driving course.
