Hi Afsaneh, I'm afraid it is not Tolstoy. It is a portrait of an unidentified old man and is entitled 'Grace'. The old man is sat at the table saying grace prior to eating his food The photographic artist was Eric Enstrom and the photo was taken in Bovey, Minnesota in 1918. The old man entered Enstrom's photographic studio selling foot-scrapers. Enstrom was so taken by the old man's saintly appearance that he got him to pose for the picture. The photo was originally in black and white but the colouring was added later by Enstrom's daughter. It does look like Tolstoy, but Tolstoy's beard was longer and he didn't wear tartan shirts.

Used to race motocross against that guy, he only rode Honda because they were red. Probably not the correct answer BUT why the question showed up in the Motorcycle is also a mystery.
