South Beach phase 2 in their diet books has some amazing menus and recipes! I use them a lot for my diabetes meal plan. You can check these books out from your local library and copy off the recipes unless you want the whole paper back books. Found at your book stores. Inexpensive!! any meat fixed any way and a tossed garden type salad with real dressing is the best menu anywhere and very low carb. Under 30 grams of carb. breakfast of eggs fixed any way you like and bacon, sausage, ham, breakfast steak is 0 grams of carb and if you add bread look on the package for grams of carb.
