First off, your parents would not get angry, concerned of course but not angry. If there are raised voices it would be out of fear and worry for you, they love you after all, you'll figure this out in time. What you are doing is something you need to talk about, you know that self harming cannot help any situation, it can never end well. The reasons you do this are reasons you need to get out of your head by talking. Often people with certain issues feel they have no form of release; this is far from true. In the case of yourself and others so young i'm sorry to say you just don't have the life experience to draw upon yet, you will have though. It's because of this that it is very important for you to talk, get the ping pong ball in your mind out, stop it bouncing around. Talking to a counselor will help you greatly and help you find a way to deal with the problem you are facing. Now, what are you waiting for? Put a plan in your diary, feel good about doing it and enjoy your happy future :)
