The salary is excellent however you must consider if you have no i.e. family, friends, or at least 3-6 months savings will you survive in California if you are terminated prior to the ending of the probationary period. Or do you a place i.e. family etc. to return if this does not pan out? It appears to be a great opportunity but expect to work many hours and your social life will be limited. I would jump at the opportunity and take a chance. Good Luck!!

It looks like this job is not just to manage people but it requires technical know-how to oversee them, as well. Furthermore, you will be doing a lot of overtime, which is unpaid to get things done on time. It does sound wonderful to be paid that much, but it comes with a lot of responsibility, as well. The answer that suggested about your second plan if this doesn't work out is very important. Don't move into an apartment that you could be stuck with (and too expensive either.)
