I would rather go for red lip gloss but just not too shiny just one what's simple. Not to wear red lip stick maybe when you are 18+ just so it fits nice and looks proper(Not saying that it doesn't fit nice on you)

Oh yes, dear! But don't overdo it! Probably, use it on special occasions only. I suggest you use lip balm because you're still young, lip stick are pretty bad for lips cause it darkens it. Remove it afer using it! Good luck!

Personally, I don't wear red lipstick to school, because I'd probably get in trouble with the teachers. I just wear lip balm at school to avoid weird looks from the teachers and some of the students. It might be a bit too dressy for school. Anywhere else however, go for it!

I think it should be fine. My only suggestion would be to not wear a super dramatic eye look with it. Pair it with something simple like light, minimal eyeshadow. Try a cork brown on the lid, with a medium brown through the crease, and a white wash for the highlights. You could also add some thin winged liner if you'd like. I hope this helped! Good luck! :)

You can wear red lipstick but of course you have to keep some things in mind. Try to find a natural lip gloss or lipstick that will be kind to your lips. Make sure you find the right shade of lipstick so it will suit your skin tone. A red lipstick is also catchy enough so do not overdo the rest of your face. When applying a lipstick make sure you use a moisturizer for your lips first. If you are attending school, try to go for a more subtle look.
