Honestly speaking and to be frank with you, if you feel that my thinking, in any way, is going to remove depression from this world, I will definitely plunge into some or the other concrete steps now itself. I am surprised why do you want to elevate me.

Depression is nothing but a temporary phase of life which comes in everybody's life sooner or later. Day and night are bound to happen. Similarly happy and sad phases of life are bound to come. Not even the richest man can remain happy forever. No one can. Therefore the depression is a temporary phase that teaches the realities of life. When you go through depression phase, you become a good man and you can understand what others can feel in a similar position. You try to help and you become better from the rest of the world as you know life better. Depression comes as a changing phase that changes a man forever. But it is also guaranteed that it will not last forever. Nothing in life can last forever and are bound to change.
