um I don't really think it matters all that much but I recommend saying the meal name because it sounds more clear and easier to understand. hope this helped

I actually say both it all depends of the fast food joint im in. Don't want them to make a mistake plus I might not want onions or tomato from time to time

I honestly think the meal name is better because it is esier to understand. if you mess up often then I recommend the #.
