She had nephews to spoil when she wanted & they traveled, golfed & went to dinner a lot! Me that was never ever a life a wanted! If I could afford more then 2 children I would love to have them! My sister's husband died 3 years ago after a very long and purposely childless marriage. My 27 year old daughter has been married 2 years so far, and no kids yet. I'm kind of hoping for a grandchild, lol, but she has made it clear to her mother and me that she might never have a child. Oh, well - maybe our 21 year old will get married and have a baby someday!

Answer #9 | 23/07 2014 16:08
Yes. I know a couple of married couples that have no children and want no children and are taking steps to prevent it ever happening. I also know a couple that didn't want children, never wanted children, but accidentally had a baby and they are the happiest little family I have ever seen. Sometimes you think you don't like children or want any and then find out that you were wrong... even if it was by accident.

Well my auntie and uncle are childless because they decided to put their careers first. But recently they've started having problems about this because my auntie says that she wants a child now and that he never wanted one before. Basically it's breaking their marriage up. She's 46 so it's probably late to have children now.

Yes , us . No kids and very happy about it . Still have not seen anything that makes me wish I had children .
