yes I think they do migrate. ...as in winter they can't take the cold weather so they migrate to the warm places.

I don't think so wood pigeons and the ones in Trafalgar square don't anyway but there are many types so some might I suppose

No they don't migrate, they nest. They don't die unless they freeze to a limb or something.
