Aww, sweetie - yes, absolutely! Do not take your life - things may seem bad now, but they ALWAYS get better. Death is permanent. Your parents would be DEVASTATED if you took your own life. Please, see someone about this!! As soon as possible!

TAKE YOUR MEDS They don't work if you don't take them as prescribed. So you're just wasting them by only taking them sometimes, AND making yourself WORSE. Take them as directed. Talk to the school counselor. Clearly, your mom thinking "just stop cutting" isn't very helpful. You need some long-term therapy. Your school counselor can help you. If not them, then find someone who can. See what resources are available to you. Keeping you from killing yourself is NOT a waste of money. You refusing to take the meds every day IS. Is there another relative you can stay with for a while?

YES. You need help. This does NOT mean that you have to be admitted to a mental hospital. Find a good psychiatrist and explain the situation to them. Listen to them and interact with them, and follow their guidance. That is the best advice I can give you.
