Go on-line and open the Hunter GSP-9700 website. You will find an empty box to enter your zip code. A list of private mechanics, new car dealers and tire shops in your area will come up who have this particular *wheel and tire balancer which is the best in the world today.

Based only on what you said, and since it sat for a while, the tires developed a flat spot on the bottom. Since you have it running now, your problem should go away. It doesn't happen to all tires, but it is not uncommon.

Your tires probably went bald from sitting to long, and when your car broke down it probably because you didn't heat up the engine during the time it was sitting
