You need to work out EVERY part. That means Deltoids, Lats, Triceps, Biceps, Legs (Hamstrings, Glutes), etc in order to see the best definition. Focus on 8-12 reps and try to super-set or drop-set everything (google this)

You need to work everything including the transverse band IT band, and pelvic floor, otherwise you'll look like Popeye.

you'll like popeye with big arms and no delts. plus big shoulders fill out your shirt and make you look more masculine. If you're doing this to get girls you better get to work on those delts.
