You generally pay interest on what ever you don't pay in full each month. It'll say on your bill how much it is.....best to pay it off as quickly as you can!!!

Apply for a Care Credit Card....If you pay within a certain time frame, you do not pay interest. I have used this over and over again. You may be able to apply on line, if not you should be able to through your Dentist. Good luck Here is a link http://www.carecredit.com/dentistry/

The answer is the same for a large amount as it is for a small amount. If you pay your entire new balance, every month, then you don't get charged interest, any month. If you pay only some of the balance, then you get charged interest that month and at least one other month.

If you pay it off in full when the bill comes - no interest. If you need to make monthly payments - then there will be interest on the unpaid amount - each month.

If you have a zero balance, and charge something, and then pay the balance in full when the bill comes, you pay no interest. If you do NOT the balance in full, you will be charged interest on the balance outstanding until you pay the balance back down to zero. In the USA, all credit cards work this way.
