Your DMV record follows you from job to job when you are a driver. The DMV isn't going to "erase" the speeding ticket or the overweight tickets just because you started a new job or went back to the old employer. Those records stay with your file because their insurance isn't going to care whether you got the tickets on the last job run or just recently. Either way... you are becoming a risk factor and their premiums will go up if you have too many tickets.

Companies can retain any information they wish on an employee for any number of years. Companies can set wage rates as they choose so long as it's even, non-discriminatory, and within the law. If the company would rehire a former employee for the same position you are in, and who also had the same driving offenses, and offer them a higher salary with benefits, then you might be able to claim discrimination.

Those tickets both affect you CDL so yes they can use them in discipline actions until they drop off of your driving record.
