Fresh fruit and freshly cooked vegetables and meats . I don't see how can anybody go wrong with that .

liquid diet for few days along with exercises must help along with yoga

big breakfist salad lunch them protein smoothie and soccer practice and not eat anything after 6

ok hm cut the soda and chips ok- ok eat five times a day and eat every three hours. three of them should be healthy meals of about 4 to 500 caloriea and the other two should be healthy snacks of about 200 calories . and excersice well to tone your body.and well help loose weights.and burn fat quicker since your boosting your metabolism by eating healthy. good luck
