You just ask. Maybe they submitted the request and didn't not realize the payroll company did not follow-up. However, since you job involves a lot of communications, you might want to improve your spelling and grammar before asking this raise. warehouse = not wear house learn how periods are used learn to only include relevant information in a note or email etc etc

Just ask. They said you would get a raise and how much and when. Simply say my paystub doesn't reflex my raise. BTW remember to proof read it makes you look more professional. You used the word sale for sell and wear houses for warehouses and left a word out of a sentence. This could be bad at work where it doesn't matter here.

Just ask. Say something like "my raise never got to my paycheck yet."
