no you eat healthy food only i will not consider as fat contain food. so you did't had overeat today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As long as it is healthy and you aren't completely starving at the end of your day, I say that your diet is just fine. You want to aim to feel full after each meal. Honestly, that would probably not be enough for me in one day but I would suggest that you add in more protein.

No!!! If anything you are under eating. Please don't worry, what you ate was fine. You should eat until you are satisfied, but don't just stuff your mouth because you are bored or something like that. I really hope you don't focus on calories and try to starve yourself. You will be fine and you can eat more than what you ate today regularly.

I think you ate somewhat healthy foods but need to include more vegies in your diet. You are young and have plenty of time to learn about your health and nutrition, but If you were an adult and had a problem with your weight I would recomend this site,
