Was it dealer certified or factory certified ? Factory might mean you have a slim chance. Dealer means none. Certified does NOT mean never wrecked. You still get the warranty that comes with certified. Unless its porshe certified and they dont allowed major damaged cars, you dont have a leg to stand on. (And frankly, I dont think any damage other than prior salvage would matter) No chance of returning the car. Best case scenario is Porshe gets the dealer to refund you $500 or so. You were free to ask...or run a car fax or take it to a body man.

Didn't the certified car come with a short warranty and guarantee. Most do if they are certified to factory specs. You dad should have returned to the selling dealer for repairs under warranty. It may be too late now.
