sorry you feel that way. everyone knows they are going to die, but dont really think about it because it's really irrelevant right now because you have many years to enjoy yourself. dont overthink things. overthinking leads to depression

Good it is suppose to be when you have no faith. That is the thing about religion, to have faith in God who says there will be some thing better than this after death. People have died on the operating table came back with stories of loved ones waiting for them at the end of the tunnel of light, but non believers don't get to see that because they don't believe in any thing but them selves. Look no one can tell you to believe in God, but be for you close the book on him and after life you should read his book, The Holy Bible. If you come to believe then that is all good, if you come to learn about the life after death better, but if you don't do any thing then you will always be wondering what comes next. For atheist they don't believe in God or life after death all they believe in is now, then nothing darkness, that is your future that is your end of life situation. If you don't like that then you need to learn to expand your mind set. I know the thought of darkness and uncertainty use to scare me even though I am a religious person, it just took me a little while to remember my faith and the fear was gone, you can always try not thinking about the end....Good luck and try the Bible thing it might have the answers you are looking for if not at least you will know what all the hoopla is about when it comes to my lord and savior and God his Father....
