It's been 12 years and my father still is not happy I turned my back on Christianity.

there's no such thing as an exChristian. you might be ex-religious but, you didn't meet the creator of the universe and walk away.

I think there are many who are posing, because people love to act, don't they? and it's just easier that way, wouldn't you say so? This is why I'm so glad I wasn't raised in what you'd call a Christian home....so quasi it didn't exist, and having walked away...better things to do, or so I thought, then no pressures anywhere when I was 'recalled'.

No. There is no such thing as an "ex-Christian". Those who claim such things are false converts: they never truly repented of their sin, they never trust in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, they were never born again. They never knew the Lord Jesus.
