The 14.2 is NOT the diameter of the eye, it's the diameter of the lens.
You were prescribed a specific brand after they were tried on you and the optometrist checked how they fit on your eyes. Changing brands means they may not fit right at all, even if the numbers were identical. The numbers alone don't guaranty a good fit . The best eye Dr. in the world can't tell you in advance if a different brand will work for you without seeing them on your eyes.
If you are in the US , you can only order what has been prescribed anyway.
