you can do several things first: 1. try cleaning the inside of your PC 2. put fresh thermal paste on your CPU heatsink and GPU. 3. maximize the number of possible casefans that can be attached to your casing, use casefans that has high CFM (airflow) but also has acceptable noise level. 4. Run an antivirus scan, just to be sure. If these steps didn't solved your problem then there is a good chance that you have a faulty PSU that needs to be replaced with a good branded one.....

Sounds like either the GPU or CPU is overheating. Likely GPU. The sound is actually a fan going faster to cool it as soon as possible.
