Im guessing some people ONLINE said that, right? Your skin is just an outcome of your diet, you don't get acne from watermelons. Ive been a vegetarian for about 4 years (im 13) and because of it my eyes have lightened, so has my hair, my hair has become silky and grown faster, and my skin cleared all up. Try out the Clarisonic mia 2... Its all up to your genes and skin type. Good luck Hope you have a wonderful Christmas btw.

NO. it does not help with acne. inflammation is a huge part of acne. if anyone had their skin cleared by the clarisonic it's because they couldn't properly wash their face/makeup off. if you don't know how to gently and effective exfoliate, then it helps but honestly if you know anything about taking care of your skin then it's not a huge help. i feel like it gets such rave reviews because it's mostly teen girls who buy it and people really want to like it and believe it works because they forked out a lot of money for it. the clarisonic didn't even keep my pores clear, much less help with acne. not to mention the nylon bristles absorb bacteria. the only thing ti's really good for is texture but again if you know how to take care of your skin then you don't need the clarisonic for that. unless you have bad hygiene, your acne is probably 100% hormones. try taking omega 3 fatty acids and/or evening primrose oil supplements to help.
